Step Up for Women Construction Program
Our construction program, available in Charleston and Morgantown, WV, spans 12 weeks and immerses you in the essentials of carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and more. This hands-on training is designed not just to teach you but to prepare you for immediate employment in high-demand roles across the industry.
Step Up for Women Advanced Manufacturing Program
Held exclusively in Charleston, WV, this 10-week program equips you with the skills to operate state-of-the-art machinery, including CNC machines. Our focused curriculum aims to transform beginners into skilled professionals ready to contribute to the manufacturing sector.
Cost-Free Education with Added Benefits
We believe in removing barriers to your success. Both programs are available at no cost to students, thanks to generous funding and scholarship opportunities. We understand the logistical challenges that come with commitment, which is why we also offer mileage reimbursement to help cover travel expenses.
