Step Up for Women Advanced Manufacturing Program
Launching on February 26, 2024, at our Charleston, WV location, the Advanced Manufacturing Program is tailored for those intrigued by the high-tech world of manufacturing. This 10-week journey offers certifications in CNC Machine Operation, Forklift Operation, First Aid/CPR/AED, and OSHA 10. This program paves the way for careers in one of the fastest-growing sectors, blending traditional manufacturing techniques with cutting-edge technology.
Step Up for Women Construction Program
Starting March 4, 2024, our Construction Program will be available at both our Charleston and Morgantown, WV locations. This program is a game-changer for women looking to break into fields like carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and welding. Over 12 weeks, participants gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and obtain essential certifications including OSHA 10, Plumber in Training License, HVAC Trainee License, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Forklift Certifications. This comprehensive training not only equips you with skills but also instills confidence and resilience.
Both programs are free to all students, with mileage reimbursement for days you attend in person.
